Yummmmm! That photo makes my mouth water. I soooo miss all that delicious vegan Korean food we used to get on choir trips. And of course I haven't a clue how it's made so couldn't duplicate it in a million years. Haven't run into many orientals in this neighborhood to learn from yet either. :( Enjoy it for me!
